Pesto Shrimp Fettuccine

Ingredients

1 lb DaVinci Fettuccine
2 TBSP Salted Butter
½ lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ Cup Basil Pesto + extra for serving
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
Fresh Basil Leaves
Fresh Burrata
Toasted Breadcrumbs + flaky salt, optional

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a separate pan, melt the butter and then add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto and cream.
Plate the pasta, topped with shrimp, burrata, extra pesto, breadcrumbs, and flaky salt. Enjoy.
