Heirloom Tomatoes with Creamy Burrata

A simple but outrageously delicious recipe that calls for 5 ingredients max! Enjoy the fresh and vibrant flavors these ingredients have to offer.

Ingredients

2-3 Heirloom tomatoes
1 4oz ball burrata cheese
1/2 cup DaVinci Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper
fresh herbs, like basil and thyme

Directions

1. Slice the tomatoes in 1/2 inch slides, and arrange on a plate
2. Gently place the burrata on top of the tomatoes
3. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the burrata and tomatoes, then garnish with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
